I made a payment on Zelle for $350 for Multi Poo puppies on October 1, 2023. Their phone number is 330-789-3678. My wife found them online. They were to deliver the dog and we would pay another $300. We never received the dog. They called back. The lady was at the airport. We said we are not paying anymore until we get a dog. We stopped communication. She gave a name and address to send the payment. Cesar Flores. adr. 2608 Wise St. Richmond VA 23225 phone number 330-789-3678. Shows Shreze OH. The bank told me since I sent it Zelle there is no refund. No way to recover the money. I did report it to Zelle. That is how they wanted the money. They would not talk to us anymore.
