I responded to a link to Spotify for a collagen product. I recognized the name of a company I'd purchased from before so I paid for the product. It took so long to arrive that I emailed asking about its status....no reply. When it finally came I noticed it did not have the logo my other purchases had in the past. It looked very similar in all other ways. I got ahold of the actual legitimate company and they requested pictures and an order number. They assured me, after reviewing my info that whoever sold me that product was fraudulent and it wasn't theirs. The FAKE company is MULTI COLLAGEN COMPLEX. They are copying the packaging of MICROINGREDIENTS but leaving off their logo. Again, this was confirmed by Microingredients company. I have emailed the fake company 7 times pointing out their return policy was 30 days. They have not replied even once!!!!! They literally are not upholding their return policy nor will they even communicate with me.
