I searched online for a pet water bowl and reservoir with large capacity (3.8L) to match a feeding bowl that I received from a different company. When I put in the information that I was looking for on a Google search, it brought up this company MuhPaws.com. The website looks very professional and had hundreds of pet care items from clothing to leashes to grooming and daily care items. When I saw that the item was in stock and would be delivered in just a few days, I placed my order. Almost immediately I got an email (2/3/21) that said they had received my order and that they were getting my order ready to ship and I would receive another email when it was shipped that would include the tracking number. I even got the order summary and a link to click on to track my order through “Shop”. When I clicked on the link, it took me to a site that included several items I had ordered from the original site that I got the feeder from. However, when I clicked on that item, it contained all the order information and stated that I will receive an email when my order is ready. But I never received the email. I contacted them three times via email asking where my order was and I received no replies. When I searched their site, the Internet, and google, all I could find was a phone number that is answered by a robot sounding voice that States they “do not take any questions via phone and to please contact them through [email protected] is a beauty supply website where you can purchase items for beauty shops like scissors and you can also purchase some clothing items. This has nothing to do with pet supplies. But in my research I saw that beauty dawns has a terrible history on the Better Business Bureau site, with most people stating that they had never received their items.

This person/company is posing as a legit pet website that sells products. I ordered from this website before looking into it further. They only have a email for contact, no phone number, no address. They do not respond to email's. After you order they send you tracking information that isn't even a real tracking number. Not only have I lost my money on the products that I have ordered but so have so many others.
