This company called saying that I owed money from an old payday loan. When I told them that some of the specifics they had were incorrect, I requested a validity of debt letter and she placed me on hold to "inform" her supervisor about the inaccuracies that they had. A few seconds later, a man gets on the phone telling me that I had to pay. I politely asked for a letter, he kept yelling at me saying that I was a liar. I told him, please provide me with the information I need so I can review my records. He screamed at me saying that I was a liar and hung up.

I got an email finally and none of the information seems to coincide with what I have in my records. The guy got especially angry when I told him that I had been victim of a scam before.
