Placed an order on June 4th through a Facebook Ad. The company website was legit. Received an email that the order shipped on 6/21 with a tracking number. The tracking number and the website came up as possible identity theft. Checked my original email and saw the tracking number. Claims item was delivered on 7/11. Receipient has not received it. Will be filing a claim.

I ordered a tumbler for my husband on June 3 2020, hoping to receive it by Fathers Day. Here it is one month later and I still don't have it!
Many emails back and forth being told it been shipped.
A shipping # that UPS does not recognize.
They even have me 20% off another order!
I cannot get on there website and cannot find them on Facebook where I originally purchased from them!
They took $40.00 from me!
What do I do now?

I saw this company's ad on Facebook. I ordered 2 personalized mugs on 6/9. Last email from them on 6/24 had a link to a tracking number that doesn't work and the link to there website brings up garbage. I have started a dispute claim with my credit card company.

In all fairness, I must update my complaint. Late afternoon on 7/3, I did receive my order of two items. I did notify my credit card company to stop the investigstion. I am pleased with the product but will not order from them again.

I ordered a Tumbler from them on June 1, 2020. I get an email with a tracking number. The tracking number will not go through. I keep getting these excuses from several different people by email. I have reported this to PayPal. Now I'm hoping to get some answers.
I am so upset with Mug Fans.com.

Same issue ordered, june 6th, received a shipped email on the 24th then the site went dark. I have disputed the charge with my bank as a goods/services not received so hopefully that might help... but I'm sure these scammers are now hawking under a different name...

Same issue as everyone else. Ordered from site, got confirmation emails of order, and now it went silent and the site is gone. No product, lost money. They got us good.

I ordered a cup from this website on6/11/2020 and now the website is down and no way to reach anyone. I received an email over a week ago saying my package should be Shipping out soon but since then I have received no other emails or replies to any email. I cannot even track my order anymore since the website is gone.

I received an ad on Facebook and purchased a tumbler on 6/3/20 for $36.90. The website stated that it would ship within 7-10 days. On week 3, I emailed them and received a response that my order was in process and that I would receive a follow up email giving me a tracking number. I did receive the email, however when I click into it to track my order, the website no longer exists. Please beware!

I saw an ad on Facebook selling Supernatural mugs and ordered one from mugfans.com on 6/8/20. My debit card was charged $36.90 and I never received my order and now their website no longer exists.

I received an ad on Facebook for a father's day tumbler cup. I ordered it with the site guaranteeing that it would be shipped within 7 to 10 business days. It has been almost a month and still nothing. The only response i get is they are trying. Now i cannot find their site. Do not click to order from them.
