Taken to a site pretty much identical to the muckboot site. I placed my order to get my kids some boots for an upcoming school trip. As a single mom, I am one to scope out deals and realize there are places to get discounts on over stocked items and/or returns. I assumed this was the case...however...after placing my order on 2-28-2022 and still not receiving information about shipment dates by 3-23-2022 after several inquiries...I began to do some research and found this site. I'm so bummed, that's money I didn't have to spend but did to get my kids good boots they needed. It's a shame people have to be such suck-holes

Ordered 3 items and waited patiently to have them in time for Christmas. As I waited and followed the tracking number, I realized it was delivered to a totally different address. I emailed back to let them know this and was told in January 13th, that it would take 5-8 working days to issue my refund. Since that date, I haven't heard a works and they won't respond to my emails. Luckily it was only $65- but that was my money and they stole it. The email they use is: [email protected], and I dealt with Harvey DeWitt and Sherry.

I got 4 pairs of muck boots here for 97 dollars said it was 80 percent off i thought it was real because paypal was on it but then they wouldnt respond no tracking information and then all of sudden i could see the tracking and it said it was delivered i called the post office they said it was sent to a different address and it was only 6 ounces which is not muck boots i was a dispute filled on paypal would be nice to get this place shut down

Tried to buy Muck Boots from an outlet site. Realized once I got a confirmation email from an unrelated email and the payment from PayPal was not sent to the muck boot company but to “RAINA 2 LIMITED” that this was a scam website. The website looks very close to the real Muck Boot site. Too good to be true sales.

Website is advertised as muck boot discount closing clearance price 80% off. When clicking the link it takes you to a website that looks identical to the original website. All of the prices are the real prices normally on the boots then they are marked down 80%. While looking through the website I noticed there is no way of contacting the company other than filling out a form. No address, phone number, email, address etc. There are no customer reviews listed. Constantly there is pop ups of everytime someone buys an item so it looks like people are buying so it's safe. Also there is a count down to when the sale will end so you feel you have to rush to order. Upon looking further into the website. All of the privacy policies or terms & conditions are very lengthy which is normal but hardly anyone reads them so it all looks normal.

This is a site that has come up on FB and in a search. Fake as crap! When the proxes are too good to be true and they are spelt wrong. BIG RED FLAG. I have reported the site on FB and Google. Sad people need to be suck a**es.

Dont trust anything from FACEBOOK!! I have order 3 items from ads on FB and 2 of the 3 have been fraud. Lessons learned!

This website claims to be an official muck boot outlet store, however the real official muck boot website states that they do not have any other ecommerce store. When starting the payment process with PayPal, the payment stated it was going to 'Peter Vandermeer' not to a company/business, so I stopped continuing with my order because it seemed fishy. The add was one that popped up on Facebook as a link to the website.

I found them on fb thought it was the company and they said they were having a clearance sale I bought 5 pairs of boots and it showed up on my card as bathroom sets and teras one for 79 and another for 54

E-mail confirmation from Lithuania.

Never heard from again or received Muck Boots.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots from from muckushop.com and was taken in a scam I think. they provided a tracking number that worked, although I waited 53 days. A pair of genuine Raybans arrived. I tried to contact them at the customer service email they told me to use and an auto reply said that I need to use the customer service email off the website. Now I cannot find the website. It looks like it has been taken down. Grrrr

Ordered 2 pair of boots for Christmas. They hadn't arrived by the 10th so I followed up. They said they had been delivered (not in my little mailbox I would have to meet the mail carrier). I did receive some un ordered sunglasses (returned to sender). I should have kept the tracking number as I believe that is what they are saying was delivered . So Christmas and no gifts... so sad.

I received a link for a great deal on muck boots.

I went online and made an account and paid for my boot order. The site was very legit looking

I received a confirmation email back From Muck Boots including the update that my Visa would be charged to a company clothing simply ??

I have never received any of the boots I ordered .

It's a facebook publicity, they use exactly the same product than the muck boots company. It's exactly like on the website of muck boots except for the prize. It's like a special offer just for that week. they send me deliver information very realist .I never receive the boot than i command but I received a pair of sunglasses than I never asked for right from China.

Friend found the website. As I was looking at stuff, she got a call from her bank and said they had stopped the charge as it was fraud. The site says free shipping over $70 and boots are deeply discounted 75% off. Boots that are over $200 and on site for under $30.

The ad piped up for 80% off sales. Website said 75% off. Looked a little and found that Muck Boots has some scammer situations going on with other imports paying them. Just trying to help them out and report one of them.

Found site on FB and after I ordered two pair of boots. After waiting for delivery I went over their site more to see is was a fake site. Was told by the real muck boot site to report to the bbb. Now reporting to my credit card company.

This company is representing themselves as "Muck Boot." Immediately after placing an order, I realized it was not the true company, as I have ordered from MuckBoot before. After trying to email them, it just responds with an automatic email response that says they can't help and to visit website. That doesn't work either.
