I ordered this device because I am having trouble with my wifi. I paid for the device and express shipping totaling $120.00. It has been 3 weeks and I know nothing about when or where this is and have emailed the company and they keep saying I should get it soon and still no tracking number or any information on the item. I wrote and said I want a full refund!
