I ordered a custom koozie holder online from this site. Once I received the tracking information, any links on the email lead to an error/page not found. This is for the tracking, website, etc. I tried to reach out to the service email address and immediately received a return email as it is not valid. And if you try to call the customer service number, it is a message saying to call back on Monday. Absolute scam!

I am not alone in this. Posts that are appearing all the time now saying they’re are a scam. I’ve seen one post that said they stole the photos from a legit company out of TX and then started making their own ridiculously sub-standard product. Their website is contradictory on information and I should have done better research, I just can’t believe people have this little integrity in their work. I tried to cancel because it took so long as well (again, I wasn’t alone in this.) Their email customer service is a JOKE. I feel as though my money is lost but I’d love to not have others get screwed like the rest of us. Please see facebook.

I ordered 2 koozie holders to fit the standard koozies and received 2 that did not fit the koozies at all. I tried to contact the business to take advantage of their 14 day return policy and the company refuses to accept my return. They have offered twice to privid a 5% thean 10% discount but will not allow me to return the item as stated on their website.
