-seller response on 12/24/2023, via email-
“Dear buyer, this is how the logistics front-end is updated. Please wait patiently.”
I replied to their email,
“ If you cannot provide a more detailed shipping status, please cancel my order and issue a refund. ”
-Seller response, 12/25/2023, via email-
“Dear buyer, Gray Wolf International Logistics is being updated, please wait patiently, we are urging for you-“ (incomplete sentence)
After this email, tracking shows that the package shipped to Denver,CO and has been in that shipping facility since 12/28/2023 with no additional tracking information.
Yesterday, I emailed the company again asking for a refund.
“Hello,
It has now been over a month since this item was ordered and “shipped.” I am now demanding a refund from your company. This is extremely unprofessional and bad business practices for you to be unable to deliver your product in a timely manner, especially since it has been in “transport” since 12/2/23 and is now sitting in same location for 8 days.
This was their response,
“ Dear buyer, we need to verify your package, it will take a few days, please wait patiently, best wishes”
After researching, multiple people have had a similar experience with not receiving their product and are reporting this as a scam company. The fact that the website that they provide to track your product is not a valid working link is a major red flag.
