Right around the first week of March, Me and my girlfriend went on Facebook Marketplace to try and buy a vehicle. So we seen a 2013 Ford Edge SUV. Had 110,000 miles on it. It looked like a really nice vehicle. Do we decided to buy it .I was in touch with a woman and she gave me an Order Item No; 973304****921 of the vehicle. So when I clicked on the item on Facebook Marketplace, it sent back a response and said that if I wanted to communicate with the seller, I would have to correspond through her email address. Evidence. So I was communicating with whom I thought was the seller, it was actually someone I don't even know. I will include all the evidence and proof I have got screenshots on all that I received from the seller and whom I thought was a representative from eBay. Wrong. An imposter and thief. If you are interested in this slam dunk lawsuit, please let me know through my email address. (tmark6358@***.com). I know for a fact that I have a solid lawsuit because they allowed this type of fraudulent activity on their website platform. AND I KNOW THAT IS ALL ILLEGAL. Can you please help me or steer me in the right direction. PLEASE!!! Please help us seniors get their money back and file a lawsuit against them both. Me and my girlfriend live on a fixed income. We only get so much money that we just can't afford to just throw our money away. I'm 62 and my girlfriend is 71.We want something done about this because we didn't askk fr this kind of treatment. I'm contacting lawyers about filing a lawsuit to get not nly our $2200.00. We have been through pure *** since this has happened to us. We are flat broke, no vehicle and no way to find a place to live. We're being evicted because the landlord is selling all his houses and he wants us out as soon as possible. Well now we have no money to do anything.WE WANT SOMETHING DONE ABOUT THIS MATTER. I really hope I hear something good from you guys. The thieves done this and got away with it by using your website platform. HOW COULD YOU NOT DETECT THIS IN YOUR SECURITY SYSTEM??? So I can just use my phone's email to send the evidence I have. Please you have got to help us here. I know for sure that we have one *** of a lawsuit against Facebook Marketplace and you (eBay)...So we want this matter solved and taken care of. All we were trying to do was buy a newer vehicle than what we have. And that one has to be junked because it's not road worthy anymore and professional mechanic will not fix it for that reason. They are the ones who said it is so rusted underneath that they can not fix it for us. It has no brakes whatsoever. So we are stuck in the mud and no way out. Is this how us seniors are going to be treated in the future??? I WANT SOMETHING DONE...PERIOD... BECAUSE I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE UP ON THIS..
