I purchased a bike for my son on 9/23/20. I contacted the company via email and asked what the shipping date and information would be. They responded that they would get back to me in a few days. I called the company multiple times only to be hung up on/phone disconnect. I emailed them again last week asking when I would have the tracking information and they said by Friday 10/2. I received nothing. I emailed them again this morning, 10/5/2020 and the email bounced back. I tired the website and it no longer exists. They have deposited my money and I have no bike for my son.
