The pop up will come across the website you are on and it will freeze up and say not to close or you will lose everything. It seems pretty legit because of it saying MS Squad and an 800 number where they are really polite and say that they want you to install "rescue me login". They take over your computer and install all kinds of things to take all of your email, desktop items, personal items, etcetera. They ask you to pay an large amount from 495.00-1000.00 for one year to three years. They asked me to pay by check and provide and electronic check and take your routing and checking account number, along with your signature. I asked before I gave that info that I wanted to use debit card. I felt very unsure and uneasy about it, but I wanted my stuff back, including important research papers and school work. I immediately went to cancel the electronic check they issued. I went to Best Buy and had them wipe the computer clean and install their security. By the way, I had Norton Antivirus and in 17 years of having them...I never experienced any of this. You will not be able to keep any of your stuff, because they interlace it with their spyware, adware, and malware. YOU ARE IN TROUBLE THEN! NEVER FALL FOR THIS! . I lost all of my photos, letters, and a lot of important tax information. Scary as hell. Very depressing. I feel invaded.

I was recovering from a very serious surgery and was not thinking in my right mind. Please be advised and share the story with your friends and family.
