Our business received a fax from the company M&S Resolutions stating they were pavers. We called them and they came out to give us an estimate. They signed an agreement with us, filled out a W-9, and started working. They completed about half of the work that we agreed to, and now will return. Their phone has since been turned off, and the address they gave us for the business in Orlando, does not seem to be legitimate.
