Company infected my computer and locked it up, had to call them and was told that my computer was infected and that they could take care of the problem if I paid them $199.00. They then sent me to another person that said they could remove the problem for the next three years for $499.00. They then installed Norton Security on my computer (without my permission) and in the process blocked many of my web sites and slowed my computer way down by the way they stated that my internet speed would increase which it didn't. To keep you going back to them their malware was installed in my computer. Thanks to Apple my computer is now running super fast without problems. Reported them to Apple also and was informed that they are a scam.
