I was contacted by a representative who stated that my computer was susceptible to being hacked. The representative stated that she would set up an anti-hacking software and I would be able to pay later. She accessed my laptop remotely, and "installed it" and assisted me in scheduling a payment for a future date. After this ordeal, I checked my email to look for a receipt and I was not given one. I begun looking for them online and was having difficulty finding their contact information on the internet. They also called me from an "unknown" number which caused me to believe that it could be a scam. I also came across similar testimonies on ScamPulse.com scam look-up after attempting to find if MS Global Solutions was indeed a legitimate tech business.

I was given a receipt from the first incident dated back to Jan 31, 2018. I emailed them to conform that they indeed were following-up on my computer and the email bounced back twice.
