Matt Cummings claimed to be a general contractor and delivered extremely poor work and was never capable of successfully fixing it after 4 months of time. After discussion he agreed to a refund. Afterwards he stopped responding to contacts. After a month of attempting to reach him he responded with a phone call where he stated he would "Beat My ***" if i continued contacting him
