Mark Thomann, the owner of MRT Services, agreed to do a drywall repair job for $700, which I paid to him. After tearing drywall out of my property, he then demanded $350 to finish the job. I had no choice but to pay him. After finishing the work, he demanded another $900, which I refused to pay.

He then began harassing me with lawsuits, first in Small Claims Court (he lost his case) and then in Magistrate Court (where his case was eventually thrown out).

I learned that Mark Thomann has been classified a Vexatious Litigant in Idaho, and has harassed other innocent people with hundreds of lawsuits, motions and orders.

I believe that Mark will continue attempting to scam innocent people out of their money.
