These individuals contacted my mother through Facebook I believe. My mother told me she talked to this woman Ronnie who was going help her with getting this "grant". My mom said while filing out the paperwork online she had a not so good feeling about it so she didn't finish filing it out. When she talked with the woman again she told the woman that if she planned on asking her for $$ to receive this "grant" she didn't have any $$ and won't pay her (the lady) $$ to get this "grant" . The woman told her she didn't have to pay anything. Then my mom thankfully told me about it and I informed her it was a scam she didn't want to believe me. And after going on their website, sure enough IT IS SCAM!! My mom's name is even listed under the "Winners" tab smh...So I turned them in to the FBI!!
