I Ordered 32 pairs of shoes off of this site,( ioffer.com). Made it look like he had shipped them out, plus, he charged me 50.00 for a border fee. I received an envelope with paper towels in it, and on the package it showed....shoes...one pair...but only weighed 0.8 oz.

He scammed me for 350 plus 50 for border fee. Anyone with any information on how I can get this resolved would be greatly appreciated!
