I attempted to order a dog bed from this company on November 24, 2023. On November 28, 2023, I was given a USPS shipping number that stated the package was leaving Jamaica, NY, and was delivered to a shipping partner also in Jamaica, NY. As of December 9, 2023, the package still has not left the shipping partner. The company claims it was shipped and they cannot issue a refund because it was shipped. Upon further research into this company, they are located in China and there are many negative reviews with this same issue and others warning not to do business with them.

I purchased MrFluffyFriend Anxiety Dog bed. After not receiving shipping confirmation days from the order I asked to cancel and refund issued. I was told the order had shipped and usps # sent. USPS only shows a label created and no product. Shipping states 7-21 days. I have stressed we are over 21 days. Please advise where the product is with no response. The only response I have received is that the order is shipped and they cannot issue a refund until order is delivered and then I can submit a return. They have not provided when and from where the product is shipping from and there is no phone number to call.
