The scammer emailed me to ask about ordering product over the phone and having it locally delivered. However, they used a local address that is not theirs (I've been in touch with the homeowner). I'm not sure what their plan was (give incorrect credit card information for purchase?) but since the homeowner is unfamiliar with this person she felt we should go forward with reporting it.

Here is the original email:

Good Afternoon Owner,

My name is Travis I found you on the yellow book, I'm interested in some items my sister needs and i want to buy them at retail cost can you kindly e-mail with the itemize invoice for the above items include tax and all credit card fees exuding freight because i will be collecting them from your store.
