Text from out of state area code asking for my services, I provided an estimate for a project & they tried to bring me into conversation about the sale of the house & how they needed banking info to pay closing costs through me to the seller of the home. They prayed on my commitment to provide good customer service by giving them too many chances to answer the phone & texting them back too many times. Ultimatley, they would not speak with me on the phone & I knew something was bad. This scammer used real estate for sale in my area to lure me into conversation which didn't seem out of the ordinary, initially, because I provide services for people moving into my area. Now they have my phone #, mailing address & email address, which is unnerving.
