Scammer is one that has been consistently resurfacing. The scam pretends to be a popular youtuber called Mr Beast paying for adspace with phished channels to avoid being removed. After you click on the ad video, it tells you you could get $1,000 for going to the website onekcash.com

This is a scam that keeps on coming back and should have the common words it uses blacklisted or have manual review of ads before they are listed.

The scam uses the identity of a popular youtuber by the name of Mr. Beast to have ad space on Youtube claiming to give $500-1,000 to everyone who visits the website. I believe this scam is related to phishing to steal people's identities, as multiple channels are used with videos completely unrelated to the ads.
