He used our money elsewhere and did not do the work or buy the materials we paid him for. He is weeks behind and refuses to finish or pay back the money he uses elsewhere. He stiffed all his sub contractors either by just not paying and or bouncing checks to them. ?
When Mike is pressed to do the right thing he threatens you. He told his subs to lein the property. The property he left unfinished so we would have to pay him. Pure thievery. He threatened to report us to the city for lack of permits. Permits he failed to get. Then he followed through on his threat and reported our property to the city. ?
We have since found out about other people who got scammed worse than us. Mike is allegedly a Cocaine addict / user. In my opinion do not hire Mike STEEMAN he's a crook.
