This appeared on Facebook as Movair with a picture of a pair of walking shoes, so I went on shop now and it went to Movlair and that's where I thought I was purchasing these shoes, as that is how it appears on credit card statement. All I want to do is return them because of how they fit. I have tried contacting them through their support site to get information. When I got to the tracking and put order number in, it comes back no order with that number.
