Called about the upcoming move, asked for contact information for our person responsible for the building. Talked about "moving by the third quarter," "Oh so is the move still in discussion?"

A phishing email from [email protected] purported to be from USPS saying to bring in a photo ID to the Post Office to verify my identity due to a Change of Address I recently submitted. They didn't ask for money on the first email, I will nix it in the bud. Shouldn't a USPS email end in .gov and not .net?

Thankfully my bank was able to fix this for me, but I’ve seen other people not so lucky. This company gets all your info and wants you to use Venmo or cash, tells you someone will contact you two weeks out, a week out, and then week of, but after they get deposit they quit responding to emails/calls/texts. They can’t even give you a definitive date when they can get you moved! Then they call you TWICE the night (the guys who called: one laughed saying he didn’t read the notes and then ten minutes later another guy called before I blocked them both) before the first of my asked for move dates?? Followed an hour later by an “URGENT” email from the guy who assured you the move will be stress free? You can’t operate like that. Unresponsive, no answers, no plan, shady shady shady if you ask me.

WARNING: Stay away from Safe Ship! They are NOT safe. They are SHADY.

Down payment for shipping my vehicle the day of the service they didn't show up and kept my money. Never answered my calls or text

Brightline sold me an insurance for $40,000 of coverage and when I did a claim of damage they told me that they don't sell insurance, the contract specifically says that I paid an insurance for $1, 260 with coverage $40,000. I've been trying to contact them for almost four months but they don't answer, I don't recommend this company at all.

I bought a bike in Kansas and had a shipping company to transport my bike down to Texas. The original company had an incident and couldn’t transport my bike. The guy who was going to transport it referred me to his friend. The guy who scammed me. The guy who scammed me stated he is with KC towing and that he would transport my bike. After awhile of waiting for my bike to finish and be ready for transport. He asked for 1500 and dropped the price down to 1300 due to him delaying the transportation of my bike. I paid him 1000 upfront with Zelle and would give him the rest when he transported my bike due to having an issue with cash app. I also tried to use Venmo and other methods of payment but had issues with all of them. I then asked him is he had Zelle and he stated that he didn’t have Zelle so he told me to send the money to his moms Zelle account and she would transfer it to him. After paying him he would make excuses for why he couldn’t make the delivery at the scheduled time and due to the inconvenience he dropped the price down to only 1000. The amount I had already paid him ahead of time. He continued to make an excuse for why he couldn’t pick up and deliver the motorcycle. After two months of delaying I asked to be refunded my money as I would be going with another company. He then delayed the return of my money and eventually cut contact completely. I tried multiple times to ask for my money back and he would make up some excuse. I just want my money back and if you need more evidence I have more. I can only add one photo at a time. I have other phones numbers he used too.

Do not trust this company. Hired them for door to door across the country move. They sub contracted a unknown company -a simply life-from Chicago who sent out 3 men. The only one who could speak English was a severe schizophrenic who could not speak and had severe dyskinesia’s or he was on something. They wanted more money for shipping containers but could not communicate size and did not have them available either. They were going to take my property to a warehouse in Illinois and pack it into crates and they had no idea where this warehouse was located. They also had no idea when the property would arrive in Utah.

They kept trying to get additional signatures for financial responsibility. We called Navistar and the agent who was on the document said he never spoke with me as they confuse documents with wrong agent names.

We called the police and sent them away. Navistar offerred to send another crew, but our time was limited as in 2 days we needed to be in Utah working so we declined. We moved ourselves with a Uhaul from Michigan to Utah.

They declined refunding my 2K deposit.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

They lie and steal your money. Its a scam.

This form requires a valid email address…the scammers email address is NOT valid. :[email protected] Obviously this is scam the was reported to ScamPulse.com in July 2022 and the business, Big League Relocators / Ready Movers, is still in business. They claim to be full service movers but act as brokers and do not have actual movers.. The website is a shell, nothing to it with multiple errors. Reneta Bravo’s email address is invalid. The company gives you an estimate for the moves, asks you to send via ZELLE or ACH Wire, then you sign a contract, which, by the way, they take down almost immediately after you sign. When you call either Reneta or Melissa, the dispatcher, you receive a recording “This call will be monitored and recorded for quality control” never identifying the company. The company knewI needed something a heavy item moved by NLT 9:00 the next morning. From 7:30 AM until after 9:00 CST, The dispatcher was not available by phone. I continued to call the coordinator and as I suspected I might be in the midst of a scam. She stopped answering my called all together. The dispatcher struggled for hours, telling me this want not a scam..then around 4:00 PM she proved me with the name of the moving company /driver. The movers we really professional and actually showed up 12 hours after the start time. They did move the item and are not involved in the scam. The mover asked me for payment and I said I already paid it. He thought it might be a scam but said he was paid the next day. Of the 1081.00 my bank sent to Big league Relocators, the actual moving company received 616.00, Big League Relocators were paid 457.00, for turning the move into a nightmare. Some how they did acquire a US DOT 3903719, and I saw an online website where you can get one for free. I hope that someone stops these scammers

Scam Moving Service "Nationwide Moving and Janitorial Service. " This is run by a guy named "Steve" with no last name on the card. He is worse than a scammer. He and his 2 guys stole checks out of my desk drawer and an I-Pad. The drawers were taped and secure when we prepped. I had over 4k in bad checks hitting my account within days of this move. I felt unsafe at the end of the marathon move with 2 unresponsive guys who said they had just met "Steve" and had no moving experience. The email address is: [email protected] and the phone number is 734-686-0876. Report them, avoid them. This guy is a bad guy.

I was in the promise of finding a home for me and my family. I found a house I liked through rently.com and I began to communicate with a man named Bobby Ray who told me he was the landlord. The house had a lockbox and he gave me the code to get the keys. Once I viewed the home I fell in love and wanted to proceed with the process. I quickly did an application and Bobby Ray gave me an approval letter. He told me to zelle him $2500 for the deposit and first month rent. I had my father send him the amount. This week my family and I moved in and it feels weird. The keybox is still on the door and the landlord keeps giving us the run around about when he will take it off. My neighbor tipped me off about people still viewing the house. I was able to go to the ScamPulse.com location for help and Todd help me figure out it was a scam and Amherst actually owned the property not Bobby Ray.

Thoughtful Movers are fraud company and their representative Justin Brown committing scams and crimes by misrepresenting. They destroyed our furniture and asking 3000 dollars more than initial quoted price of 1400 for moving from Tampa to Orlando. We did told them we will pay extra 1000 dollars up to 2400 but they blackmail and threatened to take truck to storage and auction if we do not pay 4400 dollars.
