We paid ReadyMovers $1500 on 2/9/23 via credit card for booking of moving scheduled 3/11/23-we even got a senior discount! We did two extra payments for added items to move, $192 and $100. The night before the move we recived a text from Candice at ReadyMovers who said we would pay $3,000 in cash to the 3 movers, half when they arrive and half when the get to our new home. We would pay $299 extra per hour for work movers did beyond the 5 hrs we paid for. This was the first I had heard of this and called Allexia Bravo 307 227-6556 back. She said that was just a formality. "Joey" called that morning and said he got the moving job late the night prior on Craig's List from Frank Muriithi who was in a Ugandia nightclub. He couldn't do the job alone so went to return truck to U Haul he rented. We called ReadyMovers to cancel and Frank's wife said we wouldn't get our money back as we were past the 24 hour booking time to cancel. We told them we started dispute and sent them a formal complaint via email. They said we had no right to contact credit card-it was in our contract. We said they did not provide the service they promised. We went to our new house as we had nowhere to sleep at the old house. We called ReadyMovers back to ask again for our money and Geraldine said she could get a satisfied customer to talk to us to change our mind. We are continuing to work on getting our money back but it is painful. We learned that Wyoming Registered Agent Law allows for fraudulent business activity to thrive in their state and that Sheridan, Wy, particularly 1309 Coffeen Ave, Ste 4684 has around 500 such fake businesses. Frank Muriithi is from Nigeria, has Lion's Moving in Mobile Alabama and is tied to ReadyMovers, DNA Movers, Moving Reservations, Jaguar Moving and Storage, NextStop Moving and Storage, all at this one address! We were scammed. We are elderly. Frank Muriithi needs to go to jail.
