I asked a moving company for a quote to move and have my car transported. I was swamped with text messages and calls. I went with one that was reasonable priced but Frank Miller required me to pay a deposit directly to the driver to pick up my car the following weekend and reserve my spot. Well the Friday April 5 and I get a call from Frank saying that the truck broke down and the next available drive will cost me $700 to $1000 more than what I was quoted. I told him no I would like my deposit back and he said okay I’ll see if I can get it lowered. He continues to ignore me and will only say he’s looking for a cheaper driver and never comes back to let me know or refund me my deposit. I’ve texted and emailed him. He won’t answer my calls hangs up on me. I’m at a loss other than I have been scammed out my money.
