I was on YouTube, watching a grandchild's sport event when Moviepin.tv took over the screen and said I could watch all of the sports events through their service. I agreed, because I thought I would have to in order to watch the event. (My first mistake.) I did submit my credit card number. I did cancel the credit card the next day. No purchases were made on the card. However, I have tried to contact this company to cancel my agreement with their service and have only been referred to a service called frndly tv. I went to the help center on that site and expressed my desire to cancel the Moviepin. tv service. I'm thinking I communicated with a robot which stated they didn't have any record of me. My concern is that the agreement stated I could cancel at any time during the first months and then I would be charged per month. If I can't cancel this service, I'm thinking that this service will begin charging monthly for a service that is not needed to watch youth sport events on You Tube. My computer virus protection did not allow the service to proceed, warning it was a fraudulent site. It was then, that I realized I had made a serious error. I appreciate any help that you can provide for me. Thank you, so much.
