I was trying to change my address for moving purposes and clicked on this site because it was one of the first that came up in a search. I filled out all of my information and they charged me $40 for an address change. I thought this sounded expensive, but I didn't know because I haven't filled out this form in a while. They charged my card, sent me a confirmation email saying I'd get another confirmation email when they sent my information to USPS and I never got the second email, signaling that they never forwarded my info to USPS.
