I’m looking for moving company and this company came up in my google search. Google only provides a city and telephone number and when you click on the website an error message comes up that the url cannot be found. I called the number and the person who answered was very nice and would put me on hold when I asked questions but would come back with answers. I asked where they are located and was told that it could not be provided because they had experienced an issue when they gave it out and then a truck with a client’s possessions was stolen as a result. We continued and I was provided with a quote which was very good so I was going to accept and reserve their service. Something made me ask about their physical location and the guy said “oh we are close by” he still wouldn’t even provide the city. He then asked for a credit card and wanted full payment and I told him that I was not comfortable giving my credit card info when I didn’t know where they are located. I told him that their website wasn’t even working to which he replied “oh it must be a server problem, I’ll report it.” I opted not to do business with them. One week later and the website is still not functioning.
