I went online to the usps change address form. When you first google usps address change this site comes up first www.movercentral.org/usps. I continued to go on this site (thinking it was the accurate form to fill out) and they charged me 39.95 to forward my mail. 1. they have not forwarded my mail 2. I sent them numerous emails in regards to my request and have received an undeliverable return email 3. there is no information anywhere on the website for any other form of contact information

This site is very misleading and possibly fraud. I did find the correct usps address change form and filled that out. I am not sure how I can proceed with getting my money refunded.
