While researching for a customer relationship management software (CRM) for my residential moving and storage client, I found Move Ninja. They appeared to be reputable and the site looked modern. I signed up for a free trial which asked for a credit card. (Stupidly) I registered and proceeded to try out the product. Within 10 of the 14 free trial days, I cancelled because it wasn't what I was looking for. Within 2 weeks I find 16 purchases on my credit card for Move Ninja all around $100-130 USD. I signed up for a free trial and even if I had chosen to continue with a paid service, it should have only been for 1 payment of $100 per month. I contacting the company frequently and quickly but it took them 3 months to give a barely excusable response and partial refund. I'm from Canada so my credit card was charged foreign exchange fee and when they did refund (PARTIAL REFUND) it came back at a lower exchange rate than they charged it for.

All said and done, I am now out at least $300 (could have been worse) and they are refusing to refund me the money. I don't believe this is a legitimate business.

My client also tested the product out on a free trial and his credit card was also charged multiple times totalling nearly $2,000 over a 2 week period.
