This company calls daily from different Texas numbers and I block them. They keep trying to get me to pay for a product I haven't received. They sent to an incorrect address, because the agent told me the address. I have explained that I never received the order. I asked them to quit calling and harrassing me. Another agent says she will ruin my credit.

They call me daily about ruining my credit for nonpayment, when one agent claims I ordered autoshipments. One agent says I got product and they closed the account, but will reopen it to send more to an address that I don't reside back in January 2021.

Scam phone calls claiming I ordered CBD oil and have an outstanding balance.

I have been called 3 times over VOIP (Indian call center) claiming that I have an outstanding balance for a purchase of CBD oil and that I have an outstanding balance and demanding payment. They have called 3 times and e when asked for details they give me an invalid tracking number (different each time). I never purchased nor received any CBD oil. I also can find no email from them confirming an order. They claim it is confirmed that I made the order because they have my address and email and even can tell me the last 4 digits of an old credit card number I used to have, that was cancelled due to fraudulent charges. They pressure me to settle or they will escalate, yet can provide no evidence except that they claim that having my information is proof. They also claim I ordered on their website but the website does not appear to exist.

I noticed I was being charged &9.95 and 69.95 on my debit card by this company, who I had never heard of. When I contacted them, they claimed that I had enrolled in 2 monthly trials and had claimed to have sent me products already. I explained they were mistaken. I had never heard of them or received any products. I have no idea how they even got my credit card information, and I had to cancel my debit card because they refused to refund me or take me off their trial list. They refuse to answer their phone since I called in, and when I did get a hold of someone initially, they hung up on me. These people are stealing credit card numbers, signing you up for a monthly trial without permission, and then not allowing you the opportunity to cancel.
