I was sent a letter that I owe Mountain Run Solutions money. I have never bought anything or heard from this company. This company wanted me to pay them or else they would send me to collections . This company sent me collections. However, I made a police report and reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. I also reported them to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. This company is a fraud a scam. Claim you owe them money then try to get you pay by sending your information to all the Credit Bureaus.

I received a collections letter from this company, and called them to find out why they were charging me for an alarm system I do not owed. I also contacted the company they claim to represent from which I never received an invoice. Two "collectors" on the phone I spoke with were rude and offer no help. One of them told me, it could be someone else that signed a contract with my name. But as most people know, in order to get an alarm, there has to be a permit with the city... very rude; this, I'm sure is a scam. They are a bunch of bullies, thugs.

I found out there was a collection agency on our account from an account we had in 2002. Evidently that collection was not sent to the agency until 2014 and they did nothing util 2016 - including never contacting me. I paid the amount they were asking after they sent me a letter and a copy of the contract it supposedly referred to because I wanted it off my credit report in order to process a financing request with the demand that they immediately report the matter settled to the credit reporting agencies and it taken off my record. I have heard nothing to that effect from them. The contract that they are alleging was paid at the time it was effective - it was for an alarm system at my business which I paid monthly - had it not been paid they would not have shown up when we were broken into. The business was closed four years ago and that address vacated 10 years ago so we have no records from 2002. Why is this first showing up when we were NEVER contacted that the amount was due and owing even though they say they received it six years ago? The alarm company was purchased by another company and they tell me that they have no record once it was sent to a collection agency. That's it in a nutshell.

This company Mountain Air accumulates fraudulent debt and reports to the Credit agencies as if they have an 'noncollectable' debt. Then when the person checks their credit report they demand an extortion payment for the fraudulent debt in exchange for removing the credit notice. I have been Debt Free for over 15 years and haven't used any service that accumulates debt or been in any contract with any business for over 12 years. I pay in cash and completely debt free. I decided to check my report for free. The agency reported a debt from 2019 to the Credit company, which is impossible. I have never been contacted not a single time by this agency never heard of them until I saw them on the credit report. According to the ScamPulse.com information they have been extorting customers in this way for a very long time.
