Purchased Mounja Gummies from an ad on FB by Jullian Michaels. Returned product unused and unopened. Was told to submit pictures, forms, tracking, order number etc. I did all that. I keep getting responses from a LAURA but the email name at the bottom is from a JESSICA DAVIS from the Mounja Gummy Team. I purchased in MARCH 2026 and it is MAY now and still no refund and now, communications have stopped.
