I got a Chat message AND email to my supplied email and they stated payment details for a Zelle transaction. (This was when I took the time to confirm the Yelp reviews, address, etc.) I was told they would provide shipping details and a tracking number in 24 to 48 hours.
I attempted to Login at their website to my account and it said I was wrong(?!). An attempt to reset my password got no email link to do so. I got on their Chat to inquire about the remaining balance and shipping details for my order#. They replied via email & said it was on hold and pending.
