He sells cars to people and wants only cash. Wants cash upfront without doing paperwork, title exchange or test drive car. Then he refuses to give titles to every customer. He had people walking in while I was buying wondering where their title is and calling him wondering where the title is and then he is doing the same to me! He says he will be flying to China soon and I feel like he is fleeing the country or doing something sinister with these cars and not giving out titles. I don’t know what to do!
