I ordered off their website on July 19th. A few days later I received notification that my product was on the way. Since then I have attempted to reach the company thru multiple outlets advising that I have not received my order. They will not respond. I emailed multiple times, and tried messaging thru; Facebook, instagram, eBay, and forums, with no luck.
