I received a pop up on my cell phone approximately January 24, 2019. It was from Motivated Labs offering a free sample of diet pills. I called the number and placed the order for free diet pills. They said it was a free sample. I only had to pay a small shipping fee $5.97 and $4.97. I gave my debit card number. They made unauthorized withdrawals of $400. I did receive the pills but they did not work. I received another batch of pills I did not order. I did not open them. I then knew it was a scam. When I called them they said I did not read the fine print. I contacted my bank. I asked the person on the phone how they sleep at night.

I ordered the trial. I got sick with the flu and was unable to try it. They will not refund and the money charged was insane! no product is worth it.

I ordered this product for 5.97 and 4.97 then 16 days later go another charge for 184.96 called them , said I should have cancelled earlier told them I never got an insert with the pills with a phone number to call to cancel said they could not help me get any of the money back nor could I send unopened bottles back to them for refund
