3 weeks later a mysterious package arrives at my door container a cheap black jacket with no designer labels on it. I am confused as to how this package has arrived because I haven't ordered a jacket of any kind. Upon further inspection I see that my package from Motgs has arrived but there is no shoes to be found. I contact the seller asking for the address they have sent my package to. They refuse to give me this information and say please contact the shipper. After confirming that the package had arrived at my location it all clicked that the jacket i had received was from Motgs.
I had asked Motgs to see if they could confirm they had sent me the correct item. They asked in turn a picture of the material i had received. Once sending them the photo of the jacket their response was as follows.

We have to apologize that you received the wrong item, but we could refund you 40% money as an compensation. Actually, the value of this product is higher than you bought, you could use it yourself or give it to your friends or family as a gift. If you choose return it, you might assume the risk of losing the package on the shipping way. So we suggest you keeping it. We would try our best to compensate you!

There is no jackets for sale on their website, and it is obvious that the jacket they sent me (no brand) is not worth more than $85 USD.
