I ordered a stained glass piece, I inquired about delivery and they told me it was “custom” made and may take time. At which point I asked to cancel. They told me that they couldn’t cancel. I sent several more cancellation requests, they still said no. I received the order the other day and it was a piece of cardboard with a picture of what I ordered. When I asked for a refund, it was originally no, then they offered 10%, then 20%, they’re up to 30%. They maintain that it costs over $20 for shipping and customs fees. I have all the emails
