Representative calls, says you are on a recorded line. Caller knows your name and address, Caller asks you to confirm the information; is this Carl ? "yes", is your address 1234 anytown? "yes". Sounds like one of the scams described on the web, where callers try to get person to say "yes" on a recorded line, so they can use the recording to ok charges, or credit applications. Caller ID showed phone number the call came from was 205 753 4618, in PELL CITY ALABAMA, and caller identified company name as Mortgage Solutions. I called the number back and spoke to "Richard". I asked Richard if the company had a web site under "Mortgage Solutions", and he said "maybe".
