Received a blue post card with pre-sorted first class mail US postage mark from Daytona Beach with following text: "This notice is regarding your current mortgage recorded on [date]. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 833-9230-3018 as soon as possible." With following footnote: "All information provided by Mortgage Services Group, LLC, 877-899-1809. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and and loan information not provided by your current lender." Did not contact sender so it's unclear whether it is a scam for money or personal information, but it has the hallmarks of a scam: Sense of urgency, vague about issue involved, unclear/misleading source.
