Kevin Barnes, sole owner of Morningside Landscape & Stone LLC in Denver, CO, offered snow removal services for the winter season. A contract was signed in early October (for $290) for Kevin to provide these services from 10/01/22 through 04/15/23. After the first snowfall of the season, Kevin did not show up to remove the snow. Additionally, Kevin did not respond to any emails, texts, or calls. After reviewing online reviews, it appears Kevin is scamming residents out of money by offering services that he is not providing. I created a new email address to request his services, and he responded immediately that his services are available; however, he still does not respond to our other calls for an existing contract.
