I could not remember the company who came out and serviced our fireplaces a few years ago. I googled fireplace repair in morgan hill ca and this website came up. They sent a guy with no uniform and he came in a white minivan. He spend no more than 8 mins “inspecting my fireplaces and going on the roof. Did not even try to ignite them. He wanted to charge $440 to clean the gas chimney place and I don’t remember how much for the other. My igniter was not working and asked if he can fix that he said no he does not do that. I look on his invoice. There are spelling mistakes and no work license number and the e-mail address is a gmail account on top of invoice the name of the company on the form is A-Z chimney cleaning. I paid by credit card the service fee but will ask the credit card company for reimbursement. Next time will use only referrals. He also asked for my e-mail so I can pay through Apple Pay and when he showed me his phone to confirm my e-mail address it was an. E-mail which said carpet repair on top. I just wanted the guy out of my house. Never again
