The scammer ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected]) had a LinkedIn job posting up for a Data Entry Clerk position at MSCI Inc. The job poster’s name was Christopher Terry. I was invited to a text-only interview on Microsoft Teams by +1 (509) 563-8559. I was asked questions and given instructions. I was repeatedly asked to execute payment through CashApp, Venmo, and MasterCard gift cards. I was also eventually asked to perform a wire transfer.
