This is a fraudulent home warranty company. They posed as Morgan Stanley Credit Corp, which was believable because our lender is Morgan Stanley Private Bank. I am a new homeowner and received several notices in the mail indicating I needed to set up my home warranty account. The final notice indicated that my home warranty is expiring or may have already expired and that I should call 'IMMEDIATELY'. As a new homeowner, I nearly fell for this scam - it was very scary. I hung up after I got bad feelings and then did some research about the company online. Please spread the word.
