I emailed the next day to confirm if I would receive an email confirmation and invoice of what I ordered.
here is their response: Order#317008

I emailed them 10/28/23 to see when the part would ship out and from where. and they replied: Hi, the package is sent from China. The international shipping will take a while.
On 11/10/23 I tracked the part with the tracking number provided and it was shipped to the incorrect address. it was delivered to someone/somewhere in Wichita, KS.
so I emailed them and let them know that we did NOT receive the part and that it was delivered to the incorrect address.
they replied on 11/11/23-Hi, we realize that the seller sent the package to another address. It is possible that they made a mistake on your address. Would you like us to inform the seller to resend the product? Or do you want a refund instead? Sorry for the inconvenience.
I responded: Yes, please reshp the 1 part of Product Code: 37494346

Please do NOT rebill us, since we have already paid for the item for $97.00 no shipping.
Please advise when we can receive the replacement??? and noted the correct address to ship to that they already had.

just checking to see if the replacement order (no charge or freight) for the part has been shipped out to us to the correct address??
If it has shipped, please email me the tracking number and confirm that its going to deliver to the correct address.
on 11/17/23 they supplied the tracking number
on 12/1/23-per the tracking-LR086002522CN, it shows in
MISSOURI CITY, TX 77489, Arrived at USPS Destination Facility -> Your item arrived at our MISSOURI CITY, TX 77489 destination facility on November 30, 2023 at 11:57 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination.
can you please CONFIRM that this part is going to deliver to us at **** * **** *** ********* ***** *****???

I emailed them on 12/5, 12/6. 12/8 and 12/12--Please PROCESS A CREDIT BACK TO THE CREDIT CARD, SINCE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PART TWICE NOW!!!
