I tried ordering a cloak from the website of Moretimshop. The payment accidentally got completed while I was trying to terminate it. When I wrote to them to send the product now that the payment was done, no one responded. Moreover, the contact they provided is either switched off or non-functional. Even the address is fake and it claims to be associated with Hymax company limited. The outlook email ID is useless too because no one replies. I have filed a consumer complaint and a cybercrime complaint against them. Damn to you, you [censored]! I am attaching the suspects phone number and name.
